Julio A. Garriga, CPA, CGMA

Julio is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Puerto Rico and Florida and a Certified a Chartered Global Managerial Accountant (CGMA). Julio began his career in 2011 and was a Senior Associate at PWC in charge of handling client relationships in relation to ongoing engagements, as well as supervising small and medium-sized audit teams before joining Mullins, P.C..  He is skilled in auditing, financial statement preparation, accounting and project management. Julio received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico and has also completed Fraud and Internal Controls courses through the University of Phoenix.

Julio is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants (AICPA). Julio completed the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Training in 2021 and also holds the AICPA’s Not-For-Profit Certificate I and II badges – which demonstrates his knowledge of nonprofit organizations.
