Steve Marconi, CPA - Partner

Steve is a CPA who has worked exclusively with the nonprofit sector, providing audit, assurance, and advisory services to trade associations, charitable organizations, foundations, educational institutions, and other mission-driven entities. Known for his collaborative approach and responsiveness, Steve is viewed by clients as a trusted advisor who delivers practical solutions to complex challenges.

Steve has extensive experience performing audits in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards (GAS), and Uniform Guidance requirements. He advises clients on financial reporting, internal controls, federal compliance, governance, and operational matters, helping organizations strengthen financial stewardship and meet their strategic objectives.

Steve holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA).

Steve’s commitment to the nonprofit community extends beyond his professional work. He serves on the Board of Directors of the International Rett Syndrome Foundation, supporting efforts to raise awareness and advance research for individuals and families affected by Rett syndrome.
